memberberries is invite-only. someone in a bunch sends you an invitation by email; open it and you’re in.

to sign in, type your email and we send you a link. it works once and doesn’t last long, so use the newest one. nothing arrived? look in spam, then ask for another.

signed in but not in a bunch? you can start one on the web, or ask the person who invited you to send the invitation again.

the phone app keeps and reads memories. a few things — managing people, sharing groups, export and deleting your account — open on the web, where you may need to sign in again.

open the memory, photo, note or person and choose “report a concern.” we see only what you choose to send. you can also block someone from their profile. more in the house rules.

a child’s safety: childsafety@memberberries.app, or report it in the app. if someone is in danger right now, call your local emergency number first.

download everything from settings → export: your words in plain JSON and your photos as the files they were.

to delete your account, see deleting your account. it works even if you’ve removed the app.
